Take part in our Creative AI Demonstrator

Are you working in, or interested in, exploring the potential for Creative AI? Please complete our survey and help us to understand the needs of creative individuals and organisations working with AI, specifically Creative AI, in the creative industries in Scotland. As a thank you, everyone who takes part in the survey will be entered into a draw to win one of five £50 vouchers.

This survey is part of our Creative AI Demonstrator projects. There are several ways to get involved, from applying for up to £5,000 in funding for a Creative AI Music and Audio Pilot Project (CALL NOW CLOSED) through to taking part in research and networking events.

About the survey

The Creative AI Demonstrator Project is an AHRC and DCMS-funded project to find out about current work happening – and the support needed for future work – in the field of creativity and artificial intelligence / machine learning, or ‘Creative AI’.

We define ‘Creative AI’ broadly to include any use of machine learning (ML) systems (including, but not limited to Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Large Language Models (LLMs), and speech, image and audio recognition and generation) at any stage in the creative process.

We also have specific questions for those with knowledge of the ecosystem of Creative AI and music / audio in Scotland.

Who it’s aimed at

We would like to hear from anyone with an interest in AI/machine learning and creativity to tell us about their thoughts around Creative AI, any work they have done in this area, and how best to deliver funding, training and innovation support in this area.

We welcome survey participants from both Scotland and further afield.

What we’ll do with the results

The results of this study will be used to understand how best to invest resources to support innovation in AI/machine learning, especially in Scotland.

The results may be summarised, anonymously, in published articles, reports and presentations.

Complete the survey now.
