We believe in being open and transparent in our practices and have published our guidance, approaches, and research publicly and under open license so that it is available for others to see and build upon. As a programme focused on Data Driven Innovation, we are very aware of the ethical and equalities challenges that data driven methodologies can present, and therefore publish clear ethical guidance and require all funded projects to include a completed ethics checklist as part of the contract process. You can view our key guidance documents here:
- Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Statement
- Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy and Action Plan
- Ethics Statement – including our guidance and ethics checklist.
- Research Ethics Overview – specific ethics documentation for research associated with Creative Informatics.
- Data Management Plan – articulating how we manage and store data associated with the project
