Lynne Hocking
Dr Lynne Hocking is the Chair of Applied Arts Scotland - an organisation run by makers for makers in Scotland - and a handweaver whose work gives physical form to data and scientific concepts. Lynne's interests include the integration of physical and digital making practices, and environmentally-aware ways of making; and she is the AAS lead for the "Digital Immersive Technologies and Craft Engagement (DISTANCE) Project" that explores the ways in which applied artists work with immersive technologies.
