Kam Chan is the Programme Administrator for Creative Informatics and an artist. She has a BA(hons) in Art, Philosophy, Contemporary Practices and a Master of Fine Art from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design. She has worked across the creative sector including Stills Centre for Photography in Scotland, Glasgow International Festival of Visual Arts, Edinburgh Art Festival, and the Culture Summit by Edinburgh International Festival.

As an artist, her practice explores materiality and traces in the processes of mourning in mediums such as relief printmaking, camera obscuras and ceramics along with the writings of Derrida and Barthes.
