Ana Betancourt is the co-founder and Head of Sound Innovations at Black Goblin. Her focus on art and experimentation as well as an eclectic background has shaped Black Goblin’s ideas. Ana has collaborated with artists from different disciplines, directing the sound department on more than 30 projects. Her experience of over 9 years working with creatives around the globe has inspired her to identify the main problems that creatives have when working with sound and to find out-of-the-box solutions for them.

This approach has taken her along with business partner, Gabrielle Haley on a quest to bind science and art through their company. As the head of sound innovations, she will often come up with challenges for the development team that sometimes defy the nature of what can be done.
