Glaire Anderson is an award-winning author and academic specialising in Islamic art and visual culture. Since 2009, she has been experimenting with digital visualisation technologies for research and teaching in art and architectural history. She is currently working on applying Mixed Reality technologies to Islamic art, architecture and heritage.
Glaire used her time on Creative Bridge to develop her ideas around decolonising videogaming and creating immersive experiences of medieval Islamic spaces, objects, and landscapes for entertainment and educational purposes. Creative Bridge supported her in setting up her startup, and helped her build professional connections with other creatives.
